I thought I would start a topic on the interesting things I see on VMK. I like to go and look at people's rooms. You get great ideas on how things can get stacked, and the best part is you see some really cool rooms!

My first two rooms belong to VMKaddict members:

And Geish's pirate room (She hadn't named it yet when I was in there).

I have seen some really great rooms out there and hope to see many more!

Thank you so much for posting a pic of my room! It is really the first time I have put any effort into a room and I am quite proud of my little virtual self! I may name it today.

It Was Cool Hanging Out In MagicWillow Room. And For Geish.... That Room Looks Awesome!

Maybe we should have a Best Guest Room Award on VMK that gets picked every week!

I think thats a great idea as there is a curse on all of us for an award on VMK. I think every week is a little too often. Maybe once a month or every quarter. No second or third prizes, just a pin made by Fish and Fairie. And as always all members should vote on their favorite.

I always admire a good room on VMK.
I had not had the opportunity to see your room yet Geish. I am glad Kangapal posted it here. It is fabulous. I had the opportunity to see MagicWillow's room. As always, you did a great job also Magic.

I can't wait to host a closing party in it! Maybe Sunday, depending on how well I am feeling, and if I can keep my eyes open that late! I will let everyone know.

Kanga, thanks for posting the picture of my Sweet Hearts Ice Skating room in your post. Last month as I was trying to come up with an idea for a Valentine's Day room on VMK I thought of how I first saw my Clymer as something more than just a good friend. We had gone ice skating and I was trying to remember how to skate backwards, with him skating in front of me and giving me directions as we went around the rink. Needless to say after a few good minutes I found myself falling straight backwards and Clymer caught me before I hit the ice. It was a very close call, I think I was about six inches from hitting the ice head and all. As I looked up all I could think was "Who is this guy?" So I came up with the room as a Valetine's Day tribute to how I "fell" for my guy. So again thanks for posting the picture and giving me a forum to give a shout out to my sweetie who no doubt will lurk on here and come across this. LOL. Now if I could only get him to come on VMK more and sign up on here...cough hint hint cough

I wandered into Jcatsby's new room last night..... so I thought I would post his new room!

Everyone has great rooms! My rooms are all half finished or empty , I think I will have to apply for a VMK room makeover

LOL my rooms are sometimes really badly furnished LOL!!



But that's OK because I still don't know what to do w/ them lol. But I do have a kingdom .....

I have to put in a plug for a a person on VMK that seems to have the most interesting quests on VMK.
Her name is Papersouls. She recently had a quest about the proper way to trade. It was really great, and it should be required of all "new" guests. It you ever see her name on a Quest, I would highly recommend it! She is very creative and they are a lot of fun!

This was a room Jam was in, so I followed him in there. It was the nicest Epcot room I've seen so far.

Lastinside had a quest today in his new room. The room was amazing!

And this was the one that everyone asked me about when Last went afk. I couldn't remember the question, so I had to use my daughter's character to do the quest again so I could answer the question!!!

And here is a quest I just found.... it was really great!

This was a room I popped into today..... Ace has over 500 ice chairs!



And look who I ran into today..... Last and Clymer! I think Clymer was afk at the time, and poor Last got DC after the picture.

Wow! I went in Lastinside's room this morning.... and it got really crowded! At one point his room went up to the top of the list and had 15 people waiting to get in!

Way to go Last!!!

I just had to show off the host room tonight.... I thought it was very cool!

I had two adventures tonight....

One was seeing a friend I hadn't see in awhile. Here is her room:


The other was playing ghosts. I haven't played in about two months!

I forgot to mention that while I was in my friend's room last night a guest came in the room. He was dressed like Yavn, and said "Hi I'm Yavn!"

I think we were in shock that someone would impersonate Yavn....because no one said anything for a little while. Then we both told him that he could get banned for doing that. I noticed he didn't have a smart remark to say about that.
