Lastinside is the unofficial warden of what many of us are allowed / not allowed to have our VMK characters wear in-game. He has a very strict / limited inventory of "approved" clothing for each of us, and deviation from appearing in VMK in a non-approved outfit can have grave consequences for the offender.

MagicWillow for example, is always supposed to be seen with a Stitch hat on; Kangapal wearing her Pirate hat, etc. From time to time (perhaps on holidays) individuals are allowed special temporary dispensation (as in, it was ok for Magic to wear a "non-approved" outfit on Halloween) but again, only with prior approval for the deviation from the norm as indicated by Lastinside.

In one of my guest rooms where we hang out from time to time, there is a guest-movable football yard marker. It's purpose is for Lastinside to place that "penalty marker" next to any character deemed to be wearing a non-approved outfit. Just one of the possible consequences mentioned above is to be flagged with that penalty marker in front of all your friends on VMK - not a pretty picture.

Yes it does take lots of time to approve a wardrobe for each and every one of my friends. for special occasions you need to fill out the 60 page request form for each of the changes (i.e 1 for shoes, 1 for pants, 1 for shirt, 1 for hair color, 1 for hat, 1 for facial characteristics)

Some people are on the list of Never Approved and therefore i have given them new nicknames
GoldenBear would be the leader of that group and has been shunned quite often from dancing on the same side of the room as the rest of us

Umm - I forget - the canary copy of the completed form goes to accounting, and the mauve copy to purchasing, right? Or is it the other way around?

The Mauve copy goes to the library of congress
Fuscia is for accounting
Canary goes to indexing
Azure is for the FCC

Sienna copy goes to the homeland security
Amber copy goes to the United Nations (VMK is international after all)

I believe that Last was working on introducing a "paperless" clothing approval request system, in conjunction with the US Congress / Center For Medicare Services ... as of the most recent report, the system would be implemented by the end of the year 2020, and will cost taxpayers an estimated 30 billion credits and 2 Ned pins by the time it is fully operational.

If it is being approved in conjunction with a Medicare program, we will probably never see it then.

The teal copy is related to clothing request changes for the "Gingerbread Room Competition Judging" event month, and must be submitted both in advance & in arrears of the event's start & conclusion, so you may be out of luck there Dory, sorry.

I think that given your well-know memory lapses, you might be able to get away with changing into a non-approved outfit & then claiming that you "forgot" about filling out the form ... but, that's a risk you'll need to decide if you want to take.

Wait, before all these new laws go into effect, can we first choose the new president? If it's a democratic candidate, the medicare law will go into effect the first day of the term served. If it's a republican, we might wait another 4 years. And if its a Libitarian, I guess we won't be needing those forms.

Rhino Flips are really cool. To obtain a pair you need to be a five year member of the Green Alien Army. However since VMK has been open less than five years only a few high Ranking Green Alien Army officials are aware of them

For those that have never seen him without the helmet on it may be possible to fall for that but I believe Clymer has on the wrong hair. Not 100% on the facial features either.

Purple Boy Wonder is my favorite with Tourist running a close second and third being Minnie Rocks.
