After thinking about it a bit, I have to say that today was in general, a really good day in the Virtual Magic Kingdom ... one of the better days I've had, and I've been on VMK almost since the start:

- new Shark Magic released
- a host of other new items released
- the new items are a nice mix of furniture, clothes, pins, etc
- ride the Dark Rides to have a chance at winning Coral Magic
- Pirate ride-a-thon that featured (IMO) the best themed/executed ride-a-thon host rooms ever

We can complain about the lag all we want, and although it was at times rather annoying ... some lag with > 7000 users on is way better than the "old days" where any ride-a-thon or even a day with > 2000 users on at one time was nothing more than a disconnect or BSOD festival.

All in all ... congrats to VMK.

I am actually quite impressed with VMK lately. It was starting to get a bit dull last year and I think they have kicked things up quite a bit. Lots of new items, lots of quests and now a Ride-A-Thon to boot! I would complain and almost say it's too much since it's eating away all my credits but I don't want them to stop or slow down in the least

Keep me on my toes VMK and thanks for all the great new stuff!

I think today has been the best in a long time. I have been able to get my coral magic to 4* and have been riding those amazing Host_Bella rides all day. She clearly put lots of thought and effort into making them.
Then there is the new magic, I love it but now I have another need for credits. But wait, then VMK goes and gives us double credits in Pirates on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Woot!

So despite the lag and crashing, this day is a great start to what I hope will be a great month!

I'm glad all of you had such a great day on VMK. I had a day of crashing, getting stuck behind walls, and having my computer locked up due to VMK. I had to give up riding on the rides to save my computer.
