I hope not it was a mess trying to find a host and people got mad cause they did not win.

Last year I waited a full hour in the tiki room waiting for staff!
ONE MORE.

I took a break from VMK all that month I got on only like five times.

I say try it again and I would not call it a failure the first time around either. I'm quite sure the intention was not to have rooms full of statues just standing around not talking and waiting for Hosts to show up. In my opinion the plan was to have everyone do their usual VMK thing be it chatting, building rooms, playing games and if a Host happened to appear then great if not oh well. The sitting and wasting time was of our own creation. I tried waiting the first night and it was so boring I soon gave up and starting playing mansion during Dream Event times. My motto was I catch ghosts not Hosts, LOL! I made some nice bankable credits during that month. After a while that got a bit lonely playing stangers so I joined the masses in public room waiting. It wasn't all bad. Most times it was nice to sit and chat with friends and make some new ones while waiting, minus my first and only ban event that one seemingly ordinary night. Thanks Idea, haha. I'm not sure I would ever spend that kind of time sitting around again but I would not call it a disaster. Just like at the real parks some win and some don't, if you don't like the sitting around waiting then just don't it's that simple.

I completely agree Magic. I would love to see it happen again hopefully a little bit better with all the new staff. I didn't think it was a complete failure the first time, but it did have its downsides.

I personally would love for VMK to have another Dreams month. -hides-

I'll admit, it really frustrated me to see a lot of the same people win over and over again (I actually have a pic of someone with almost all his slots taken up with Fairy pins, and this was before they were tradeable ), especially since that doesn't happen at the actual parks (usually guests only win once, maybe twice, right?), but other than that, I think it was fun hanging out with friends and trying to get staff to show up.

I think my biggest pet peeve with Dreams month was when they gave out the Dreams ears to everyone that was in a room at close on the last day. That frustrated me to no end, especially since I know there were a lot of us who were on the game almost everyday during the Dreams events, but didn't win anything just because we weren't on the game at close (some players have bedtimes, especially on the east coast since VMK closes so late for them). Fortunately I got some ears from Zackoid (thanks again, Zackoid ), so I'm happy, but I still think it was messed up.

Ok now this is turning into a rant, which makes it weird since I'm pro-Dreams month lol. Anywho I just hope if they do it again, they have a system that makes it a bit more fair and not in favor of the same people. I agree that it's not necessarily fair in the parks either, but I'm pretty sure that staff (or rather, cast members) wouldn't grant dreams to the same people over and over again at the parks. At least, I hope they wouldn't.

Yes I'm a bit tired, so that probably doesn't make much sense. Ok I'm done.

I can't believe the results! I thought for sure it would be all saying no, and it's a tie! Whee!

Not everyone who was in a room at close the last night of Dreams Month got dream ears. But, I did have fun hanging out with friends and getting to know them better. I made a few new ones too. I wouldn't mind it just for the fact that it would give me a chance to build up my credits again. Especially if ghosts was double credits like it was then.

If ghosts went back to double credits, I would take dreams month back too.

I say bring it! I didn't win ANYTHING last time. I'd like another chance at it.

That's what a lot of people have said to me. They want the items (for free) but they don't want to have to wait.

Maybe they could do dream games instead, like the winners of the games get dream items.

I was reading an article from a different site and it is believed that Dreams Month WILL be returning in May.

Not sure how accurate it is though, sorry.

I think Dreams month will make a comeback, but I do hope the staff plans it out a little better.

I have to agree for the most part with both Magic & Fairie ... generally speaking, I don't think the Dreams Month v1.0 was all that bad a concept, but I do think it was poorly executed. The concept may still be valid, but IMO there would need to be some major tweaks to the implementation for it to be a success.

Well we all heard Lily's response yesterday to if dreams month will return.

Eh, I would love for it to come back but last time I didn't get anything and alot of people got more than one prize which was really unfair to other people.

Uh, I changed my mind. Let's have dreams month and do away with this quest.
