I had posted links to some of these files in the past, but with no VMK to actually play today, thought that people might be interested in seeing some of the VMK "source code" files that I've found over the past few years. Probably the most interesting is the "external texts" file [below] that contains among other things (such as instruction screen text & dialogue prompts) a pretty complete list of all the VMK items. This list below is current, I downloaded it a short time ago, 5/22/8, for those who want to have another bit of the VMK legacy for their scrapbook or something.
External Texts
- navigate to the site using the above link
- in your browser, choose 'edit / select all'
- with the file contents now highlighted, click 'file / save as' and save to your disk, I generally save it as a text file for easy reading later
